Broadway Electric Service Corporation (BESCO) was recently listed by Engineering News-Record (ENR) Magazine as one of the Top 600 Specialty Contractors in America. BESCO was listed at #288. This achievement puts BESCO with an elite group of companies.
Broadway Electric Service Corporation (BESCO) was recently named by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in America. BESCO made the Inc. 5000 list in the #1802 spot. Over the years, companies such as Microsoft, Timberland, Oracle and UnderArmour have been included in the Inc. list.
Broadway Electric Service Corporation has obtained accreditation by the U.S. Green Building Council for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). BESCO president, Wayne Wojciechowski said "as an electrical contractor and service company, we are committed to protecting the environment. Being LEED accredited is one way to show our commitment." The U.S. Green Building Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to sustainable building design and construction.
For the first time in company history, Broadway Electric Service Corporation has topped 1 Million man-hours worked. In 2008, BESCO employees worked in excess of 1 Million hours.
Broadway Electric Service Corporation has officially opened their Chattanooga office.
